Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made via our online store.


1. Voluntary Return Policy (30 Days)

In addition to your statutory rights (including the right of withdrawal described below), we offer a voluntary return policy of 30 days after receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a voluntary return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Certain items may be excluded from voluntary returns where indicated at the time of purchase.


2. How to Start a Return

  • Reason for return (optional, not required)

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.

If a return is accepted due to an error on our side (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.


4. Inspection & Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible and accepted)

  2. Place a new order separately once the return is approved

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food products)
  • Opened or unsealed items where hygiene or safety reasons apply
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Sale or clearance items (where applicable)

8. European Union Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
