Payment methods and shipping
The following conditions apply: Delivery within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, USA
Shipping costs (VAT included) Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order. Orders over €69 qualify for free shipping. Deliveries abroad: We charge a flat shipping rate for EU orders as follows: €20.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 3-5 days, and deliveries abroad take 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further details regarding payment
When paying by invoice with Shopify, the invoice amount must be settled either within 14 days or within 30 days.
Customs duties
Furthermore, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) may apply to your order. These are not paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authority. Please contact the relevant authorities for further details.

Returns & Refunds
We're sorry you wish to return the items you ordered, but you can of course do so within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, unopened goods can only be returned to the following address:

For identification and further processing, please include your delivery note and mark the returned items. Our return policy states that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and that you must purchase a return shipping label yourself. In this case, please retain the tracking number to track your return. After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the value of your order to the original payment method. If you are reporting defective or incorrectly received goods, please first send photos of the items to hello@eatcravers.com.
